Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return conditions

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused and undamaged, with its original tag and packaging. Please do not send an item back before your return request has been approved.

How to request a return

2. Include your order number and the item you wish to return.
3. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, include clear photographs and contact us promptly after delivery.
4. If the request is approved, we will share the return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. The time taken for the amount to appear depends on the payment provider or bank.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We can only cancel an order before it has been handed to the courier.
